Procurement Supervisor – Cabin & IFE

About the role

The Procurement Supervisor supports the purchasing of aircraft spares, buyer furnished equipment, tools, consumables and modification/retrofit materials to maintain aircraft dispatch reliability. The role ensures timely sourcing, vendor performance monitoring and cost optimisation in line with Emirates Engineering procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Source, purchase and manage limited groups of items including BFE, retrofit parts and breakdown spares following procurement policies.
• Monitor and report on overdue orders, backlogs and vendor performance against KPIs.
• Conduct price and lead‑time reviews, negotiate with vendors and manage RFQs up to the assigned financial limit.
• Coordinate invoice and store discrepancy resolution to avoid backlogs and credit holds.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and quality service.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in supply chain, aircraft maintenance spares purchasing or MRO environments.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory systems, forecasting and material management principles.
• Familiarity with aircraft systems, maintenance philosophies and related quality interfaces.
