Producer Meta - Mobile Game

About the role

ChillBase, an independent game studio behind the mobile life simulator OneState, is looking for a Producer Meta to own the Meta direction of the game and drive its development with a cross-functional team. The role covers meta-systems, progression, social mechanics, engagement and other systems that shape the long-term player experience and product growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop meta systems that drive long-term player engagement and progression.
• Develop long-term meta gameplay, including player motivation, meta-progression and sustainable engagement.
• Work with core economic loops within a large-scale Open World project.
• Shape and evolve the Meta roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and defining tasks with the team.
• Drive discovery by analyzing player behavior, identifying opportunities and validating product hypotheses.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience as a Producer or Product Owner in the gaming industry.
• Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps, translating business and product goals into priorities.
• High autonomy and ownership, taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Cross-functional leadership experience, aligning Product, Game Design, Development, Analytics and others.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Fluent Russian; mobile game, MMO or multiplayer experience is a plus.
