About the role
Scale AI is seeking a bilingual Product Designer to create intuitive, AI‑driven experiences for government and enterprise clients across the Middle East. You will own the end‑to‑end design process, turning concepts into shipped products that influence critical decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead 0‑1 design initiatives, managing the full lifecycle from concept to implementation alongside product managers and engineers.
- Translate client and stakeholder feedback into compelling design concepts and visual prototypes using AI tools such as Cursor and Claude.
- Make data‑informed design decisions based on research, user insights, and analytics.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English (hard requirement).
- Experience designing B2B products for government or large enterprises, preferably within the GCC.
- Background in startups and established companies with a strong product development culture.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered design platforms (e.g., Cursor, Claude).
- Degree in HCI, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating polished visual storytelling for broad audiences.
