Product Designer, Growth & Monetization

About the role

BSO, a Dubai real‑estate management company, is seeking a hands‑on Product Designer to connect product ideas, design and AI with real growth. You will work directly with the Managing Director and developers on improving digital products for landlords, tenants, brokers and maintenance companies.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the website, BSO Club and client/vendor journeys, focusing on user onboarding, retention and referral.
• Suggest useful features, subscription ideas and clear payment or billing flows.
• Create user flows, visual designs and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• Build and update pages in Webflow with clear copy and a mobile‑first experience.
• Produce simple videos, captions and animations that explain products or ideas.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate work, review outputs and improve results.

Required profile

• Practical mindset, good judgment and fast learning ability.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and enjoyment of solving unfamiliar problems.
• Personal projects, freelance work or self‑taught skills are welcomed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools).
• Experience building sites in Webflow.
• Ability to create short videos, captions and simple animations.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance design workflow.
