Product Manager – Corporate Cards

About the role

The Product Manager – Corporate Cards will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the corporate credit card product for ADCB, driving its evolution and ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements and card‑scheme mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, prioritising initiatives based on impact, risk and feasibility.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for technology and architecture teams.
• Define UAT scope, coordinate execution and obtain sign‑off before production release.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, risk, finance and external partners, representing the product in governance forums.
• Post‑launch ownership: triage issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in cards, payments or transaction banking, preferably corporate cards.
• Deep knowledge of Visa and Mastercard schemes, controls, fees and compliance.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments within a banking context.
• Strong analytical, documentation and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
