Product Manager – Enterprise Data Management

About the role

The Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise data management products, data platforms and processing solutions. You will define, launch and continuously improve products to meet business, customer and operational needs while aligning with Etihad’s enterprise data strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with data strategy, governance and scalability goals.
• Collaborate with business, analytics and technology stakeholders to communicate strategy and translate platform capabilities into deliverable plans.
• Work with Solution Architects, Data Architects and Engineers to set non‑functional requirements for quality, security and performance.
• Prioritise the product backlog, support Kanban flow and participate in PI planning, sprint ceremonies and system demos.
• Measure product success through adoption, data quality, platform performance and processing efficiency, feeding insights back into the roadmap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager delivering data‑focused products, preferably in the airline or aviation sector.
• Hands‑on experience with data engineering, data architecture and enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum and Lean Portfolio Management.
