Product Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Fortis is looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve its Enterprise Master Dashboard and the management layer for merchant networks. You will work directly with large corporate clients, turning manual processes into self‑service solutions while measuring revenue and cost impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define vision, roadmap, backlog and economics for the Master Dashboard.
• Grow the management layer for merchant networks: onboarding, configuration, access rights and settings.
• Automate manual reporting by building self‑service tools inside the client cabinet.
• Quantify decision impact on revenue and cost.
• Support presales: unpack requests, assess feasibility, shape solutions and scope of work.
• Maintain client deadlines and ship projects on promised dates.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers, including in‑person meetings.
• Collaborate with a full‑stack engineer to move ideas to production in days, using AI agents and LLM tooling.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a product role (Product Owner or Product Manager) working with B2B corporate clients.
• Experience in fintech, payments, retail tech or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large client requests from idea to release under strict deadlines.
• Hands‑on experience with AI agents and LLM tooling in product work.
• Ability to quantify economics of decisions (revenue and cost).
• Advanced English (C1) and strong verbal communication skills.
