Product Manager - Mobile App

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of its customer‑facing mobile applications. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital, you will own the full product lifecycle and work closely with technology, UX, analytics and business teams to create data‑driven mobile experiences that boost engagement and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap for Etihad’s mobile apps.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, high‑performance mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile delivery, handling priorities, dependencies, risks and release planning.
• Use customer insights, analytics, market trends and competitive benchmarking to guide product decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement and feedback to continuously improve the apps.
• Oversee third‑party vendors and technology partners to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven track record launching and growing customer‑facing iOS and Android applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience in Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.
• Background in airline, travel, aviation, loyalty, e‑commerce or similar consumer digital domains is a plus.
