Product Manager - Mobile App

About the role

As the Product Manager for Etihad's Mobile App portfolio, you will shape the strategy, roadmap and delivery of customer‑facing mobile experiences. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital, you will own the full product lifecycle and work closely with technology, UX, analytics and business teams to drive engagement and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Etihad's mobile applications.
• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch and optimisation.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, high‑performing mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks and release planning.
• Leverage customer insights, analytics, market trends and competitive benchmarking to inform decisions.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement and feedback to continuously improve the experience.
• Manage third‑party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence.
• Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven track record launching and growing customer‑facing iOS and Android applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience in airline, travel, aviation, loyalty or e‑commerce digital experiences is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.
