Product Manager - Onboarding & KYC

About the role

A growth-minded Product Manager (mid to senior level) is sought to own and optimize the end-to-end Onboarding experience, leading the user journey from registration through KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to the first deposit. The focus is on driving growth, reducing friction and converting prospects into active customers while keeping regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding lifecycle: define the strategy, roadmap and execution for the Registration > KYC > First Deposit flow.
• Run funnel analysis and A/B tests to find drop-off points, streamline journeys and raise conversion rates.
• Work with Compliance, Risk and Legal to meet KYC/AML requirements without adding unnecessary friction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data and Ops to turn requirements into PRDs and deliver features.
• Work with third-party identity verification and payment providers to improve performance, match rates and approval speed.
• Define metrics such as activation rate, time-to-deposit and pass rates and iterate using data.

Required profile

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, ideally in onboarding, activation, identity verification (KYC) or payments within Fintech or Crypto.
• Metrics-driven mindset focused on testing, user acquisition and conversion optimization.
• Ability to build frictionless, high-converting digital experiences.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, agile delivery and fast-paced environments.

Required skills

• Experience with engineering teams, APIs, third-party vendor integrations and analytics tools.
• Strong communication across compliance, engineering and business stakeholders.
