Product Manager QuantumTech & UltraTech

About the role

Deep Knowledge Group is expanding and seeks a proactive manager capable of quickly understanding new projects, taking ownership, and delivering measurable results across various business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly grasp new projects, products, markets and internal priorities.
• Coordinate projects, stakeholders, timelines, deliverables and follow‑up actions.
• Structure complex or ambiguous tasks into clear action plans.
• Conduct research and prepare proposals, presentations, reports and other materials.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, external partners, clients and senior decision‑makers.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, growth, partnerships, commercialization or operational efficiency.
• Work cross‑functionally with Business Development, Product, Analytics, Marketing, Research, IT and administrative teams.
• Use CRM, project‑management and AI tools to organize work, research information and improve productivity.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in management, project coordination, business development, partnerships, consulting, operations, product development or research.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand unfamiliar or complex topics quickly.
• High level of ownership, initiative and personal responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent English and clear, structured written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for research, analysis, communication or productivity.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience with project‑management tools.
