Product Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to turn bold ideas into high‑performing real‑estate products that align with our vision and evolving market needs. You will drive product concepts from research through execution, ensuring they meet technical, aesthetic, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop product concepts based on functionality, market trends, and client needs.
• Monitor the Dubai and Abu Dhabi residential and commercial real‑estate market.
• Research customer behavior and translate insights into actionable product features.
• Define clear technical and aesthetic requirements.
• Plan and manage the entire product development process from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external consultants.
• Ensure design and construction comply with approved concepts and quality standards.
• Support marketing and sales with accurate and consistent product information.
• Maintain internal product standards and organise structured data for future projects.

Required profile

• Strategic, creative and detail‑oriented with a proven ability to turn research into results.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the real‑estate industry (sales, marketing or analytics) focusing on residential and/or commercial properties in premium or luxury segments.
• At least 3 years in a similar product‑management role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with graphic editing software.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project.
• Advanced Excel skills for research, sketching and recommendation development.
