Product Manager – Retail Credit & Debit Cards

About the role

Join the Retail Banking Group of ADCB as a Product Manager responsible for credit and debit card products. You will shape product strategy, drive market share growth and ensure a seamless customer experience across the UAE banking landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, plan, develop, deliver and manage card products and related services to meet customer needs.
• Define and implement customer processes, system enhancements and partner relationships.
• Formulate product strategies to grow market share, enhance profitability and launch new propositions.
• Monitor product mix, portfolio composition, usage patterns, cost of funds and yields in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop customer communication collaterals, term sheets and multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Track market trends and incorporate technology‑driven developments into the product offering.
• Control advertising and promotion budgets to ensure alignment with allocated funds.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors and internal departments, ensuring timely reporting and issue resolution.
• Contribute to budget preparation and monitor financial performance against targets.
