Product Manager - Security Services

About the role

The role is responsible for defining and managing cybersecurity products, translating business and customer security needs into clear product requirements, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver and enhance solutions in line with the company’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to business cases, pricing inputs and ROI analysis for cybersecurity products and projects such as SIEM migration.
• Lead product creation and updates, translating security needs into testable requirements and use cases for engineering.
• Perform product and vendor evaluations, support business calculations and impact analysis for new and existing offerings.
• Support end‑to‑end product development, launch activities, testing, documentation and go‑to‑market preparation.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback and drive enhancements aligned with the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field; Master’s or relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSK, CISM, etc.) preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 6‑8 years in technology/cybersecurity and 5‑7 years in product management, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of owning PRDs, driving product roadmaps and delivering successful product launches in an enterprise context.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with commercial, security operations, engineering and finance teams.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and common security products such as SIEM.
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery models and backlog management.
• Proficiency with product tools like Jira and Confluence.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
