Product Manager – Structured Products

About the role
As a Product Manager at Emirates NBD, you will drive the development, pricing, execution and lifecycle management of Structured Products that meet the investment needs of the bank’s clients and support growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify product needs across customer segments, generate investment ideas and close product gaps.
- Design, price and launch structured products, manage the product lifecycle and monitor for risk flags.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk and platform teams to obtain approvals and enhance processes.
- Lead project initiatives to improve desk capabilities, automation and digitisation.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external counterparties and own the structured products budget.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering or Mathematics from a top‑tier university; postgraduate finance qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in equities, rates, FX, fixed income or structured payoff structuring within a leading bank.
