Product Marketing Manager – Loyalty

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Junior Product Marketing Manager to lead the adoption and engagement of its Loyalty product. You will shape strategy, craft compelling narratives, and drive cross‑market launches that boost customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply understand customer needs and the global Loyalty product, using data‑driven insights to inform strategy.
• Design and execute a comprehensive Loyalty marketing strategy across all channels, from positioning to launch campaigns.
• Develop clear value propositions and narratives, collaborating with creative teams to bring them to life.
• Orchestrate Loyalty product launches in multiple markets, ensuring consistent messaging while tailoring to local nuances.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships with Product, Design, and Communications to maximise awareness and adoption.
• Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify segmentation opportunities and optimise conversion.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing within a fast‑paced, preferably hyper‑growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of driving premium product adoption.
• Knowledge of fintech or payments markets and competitive landscape.
• Expertise in setting strategic direction for product marketing initiatives.
