Product Owner

About the role

The Product Owner will shape the product vision, define the roadmap and ensure that the development team delivers high‑value features that meet business and customer needs. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders, customers, and the delivery team, the PO translates requirements into clear, actionable user stories.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, goals and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog based on ROI, business value and customer feedback.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with development squads during sprints to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers and QA to guarantee high‑quality releases.
• Gather and analyse market trends, customer insights and business requirements to drive continuous improvement.
• Track product performance using KPIs and make data‑driven decisions.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent Arabic language proficiency.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
