Product Owner | Scrum Master

About the role

A full-time, mid-level Product Owner | Scrum Master is sought to combine product ownership with Agile delivery leadership. The role defines product priorities, manages the backlog, facilitates Scrum practices, removes delivery obstacles and helps cross-functional teams deliver valuable products consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, objectives, priorities and roadmap, and turn business needs and customer feedback into clear product requirements.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and product specifications.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and coordinate with developers, designers, QA, business analysts and technical teams.
• Remove blockers, validate requirements, review completed features and collect and analyse customer feedback.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, satisfaction and other KPIs, and use Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time and burndown.
• Maintain roadmaps, release plans and sprint goals, coordinate releases and manage risks and dependencies.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile ways of working, resolve conflicts and align product initiatives with organisational strategy.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Product Management or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager or Agile delivery professional.
• Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience in digital products, software, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce or technology environments is an advantage; managing multiple products or complex stakeholder environments is a plus.
• Agile or Scrum certification (CSPO, PSPO, CSM or equivalent) is advantageous.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum and iterative delivery.
• Writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar tools.
• Interpreting product analytics, KPIs and delivery metrics.
