Product Owner – Wealth & Trading

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Product Owner to lead the Wealth and Trading product line. The role can be based in Krakow, Barcelona, Madrid, Dubai or London and offers the option to work remotely or in a hybrid setting after relocation support.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end roadmap for wealth and trading features, from ideation through launch and ongoing growth.
• Define team goals and success metrics that align with Revolut’s overall objectives.
• Analyse data, market trends and company strategy to drive maximum product impact.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a high‑growth tech or finance environment (payments, crypto, trading, etc.).
• 2+ years building technical products such as platforms or data‑driven services.
• 1+ years of people‑management experience, directly overseeing engineers, operations and designers.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a data‑driven, ROI‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with technical product development (platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, etc.).
• Understanding of margin trading and trading platforms (nice to have).
