Product Specialist – Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) to serve as a key link between the company and healthcare professionals across the UAE. Reporting to the Gulf Sales Manager, you will promote J&J PAH products, increase awareness, and support product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets while complying with health‑care compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer database and CRM reporting.
• Promote PAH products to specialists, physicians, pharmacists and key stakeholders in hospitals and treatment centres.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Gather market insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access and Supply Chain teams.
• Support compliant promotional and educational meetings, symposia and conferences.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints per pharmacovigilance guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field.
• Previous pharmaceutical sales experience; PAH or specialty care experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in complex, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and territory‑management skills.
• Ability to accurately convey scientific and clinical information.
