Product UX/UI Designer - Digital Banking

About the role

99BrightMinds is looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join a leading banking project in Dubai. The designer will bring strong experience designing digital banking products and customer journeys, especially loans, credit cards and retail banking solutions, and will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create intuitive, user-friendly and visually engaging experiences for digital banking products, particularly loans, credit cards and retail banking solutions.
• Create and maintain user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Translate business requirements, customer needs and product objectives into effective digital experiences.
• Apply UX/UI best practices, including responsive design, usability, accessibility and interaction design.
• Conduct and support user research, usability testing, design validation and customer journey analysis.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, developers and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain consistency with design systems, UI standards and design governance.
• Work within Agile product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design and UI Design for digital products.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services, preferably on loans, credit cards or similar retail banking products.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale digital banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of banking customer journeys and financial product ecosystems.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with design systems, design governance and enterprise UX practices.
