Production Assembler

About the role

The Production Assembler joins POWERTECH’s aerospace manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi, assembling advanced turbine and propulsion system components. The role demands precise mechanical and electronic work, strict adherence to engineering drawings, and compliance with aerospace quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assembly operations according to the approved production schedule and daily targets.
• Perform fine alignment, fitment, torque‑controlled fastening, and calibration of turbine and propulsion components.
• Handle delicate parts with care to avoid damage during assembly and movement.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections throughout the process to ensure product specifications are met.
• Record assembly data, inspection results, and non‑conformance reports in the production system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following health, safety, and lean manufacturing principles.

Required profile

• Diploma, technical certification, or equivalent hands‑on experience in mechanical, electrical, or electronic assembly.
• Proven experience in industrial, aerospace, or precision‑assembly environments.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO quality standards, and controlled manufacturing settings.
