Production Assembly Lead – Al Tariq

About the role

We are looking for a Production Assembly Lead to coordinate and drive daily shop‑floor activities for the Al Tariq line in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures safe, efficient and on‑time execution of production plans while maintaining high quality and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily shop‑floor production activities to meet safety, efficiency and schedule targets.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment and documentation to keep the line ready.
• Monitor production performance, work‑in‑progress, output and line metrics, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, HSE requirements, PPE usage and 5S practices.
• Manage and escalate equipment, material and system issues, driving timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate production records and update ERP/SAP/MES systems for traceability.
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, engineers and support teams to achieve targets and improve efficiency.
• Support audits, training, continuous‑improvement initiatives, new product introductions and special projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, operations or technical assembly.
• Experience coordinating shop‑floor activities or supporting team execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality, HSE and 5S.
