Production Coordinator (Freelance)

About the role

ITP Media Group’s Luxury Division is seeking a Production Coordinator on a freelance basis to support editorial, commercial and branded content shoots for leading fashion and lifestyle titles across the MENA region. The role offers hands‑on experience across the full production cycle, from planning and supplier coordination to on‑set delivery, financial reconciliation and post‑production tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Support Executive Producers throughout all stages of editorial, commercial and branded content productions.
• Assist with shoot preparation, including crew coordination, talent requirements, props, equipment, catering, transport and logistics.
• Provide on‑set support to ensure smooth operation of team, talent, suppliers, equipment and schedule.
• Independently manage smaller‑scale shoots such as still‑life, studio and Inside Stories productions.
• Prepare and circulate accurate call sheets in a timely manner.
• Attend location recces and scouting visits, handling research, permits, timings and logistical planning.
• Support invoice reconciliation, verifying supplier invoices against approved costs.
• Maintain cost‑sheet records and assist Producers with budget tracking.
• Manage post‑production tracker sheets, recording project statuses, edit rounds, approvals and delivery dates.
• Oversee studio bookings, ensuring equipment is organized, tidy and production‑ready.
• Maintain production kits stocked with essential supplies for shoot days.
• Coordinate regular casting calls with local agencies.
• Keep supplier and talent databases up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience or keen interest in magazine/media, fashion, luxury or content production.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and calm under pressure.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
