About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to keep the day‑to‑day workflow running smoothly between production, editorial and creative teams. The role supports all stages of content production, ensuring shoots, edits and deliverables are scheduled and executed efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shooting and edit schedules across multiple teams and projects.
- Attend editorial and production meetings to assist with scheduling and workflow coordination.
- Organise running orders, production schedules and deliverables.
- Work with production crews, editors and other departments to ensure smooth execution of workflows.
- Monitor production progress and communicate updates to management.
- Provide logistical, operational and administrative support for productions.
- Ensure scripts, reports and production materials are delivered on time.
- Assist in resolving day‑to‑day production and workflow challenges.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in production coordination, media or content operations.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive and adaptable.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
