Production Crew

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our production crew at Bustanica, a leading indoor vertical farm. The role involves supporting daily production processes to ensure high‑quality, safe produce is delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of daily production tasks with precision, meeting quality standards and scheduled timeframes.
• Follow the food safety plan, complete required training and adhere to GMP, GAP and SOPs.
• Maintain product quality through QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow.
• Accurately input data into the database and complete daily task logs.
• Keep production areas clean and sanitized, following safety and hygiene protocols.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or agricultural environment (preferred).
• Basic English comprehension and speaking.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 5 kg, climb ladders, bend and work in tight spaces.
• Willingness to work mornings, nights and weekends as needed.
