Production Data Analyst – ERP & Power BI

About the role

The Production Data Analyst will collect, validate and analyse production‑related data to support dashboards, management reports and operational reviews. You will work with ERP systems such as SAP and MES, as well as databases and various production records, to ensure data is accurate, traceable and useful for improving performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse production data from ERP/SAP/MES systems, databases and operational sources.
• Develop, maintain and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, Power Query and Excel.
• Monitor and report on key production KPIs including OEE/OLE, productivity, downtime, quality and manpower utilisation.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity through cross‑functional verification.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities through data‑driven analysis.
• Support management decision‑making with insights, variance analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Procurement and other stakeholders to improve reporting and data visibility.
• Drive reporting automation, process improvements and continuous enhancement of data management practices.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
