Production Engineer - Aluminum

About the role

Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced Production Engineer to lead daily operations in its aluminum factory. You will ensure efficient fabrication, optimal resource use, and on‑time delivery of aluminium products and façade systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to meet targets and delivery schedules.
• Review approved shop drawings, cutting lists and production orders before releasing work to the floor.
• Collaborate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Stores, QA/QC and Project teams to maintain smooth production flow.
• Oversee cutting, machining, assembly, glazing and packing of aluminium systems.
• Ensure availability of materials, profiles, glass, hardware and accessories.
• Prepare and track production schedules, optimizing manpower, machinery and material usage.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Guarantee compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards and health‑safety procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports for management.
• Provide technical guidance to supervisors and factory personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Civil or related engineering discipline.
• 5–8 years of production engineering experience, preferably in aluminum, façade, curtain wall, glazing or aluminum fabrication environments.
