Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager will lead end‑to‑end garment production, from order placement through final delivery, ensuring high quality and on‑time completion. You will coordinate with vendors, manage inventory, and oversee the printing, embroidery and finishing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee fabric receipt, verify inventory and distribute materials to printing and embroidery units.
• Manage production workflow to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Monitor printing, embroidery and finishing operations for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure correct use of threads, beads, crystals and other embellishments according to design specifications.
• Prepare production packages and coordinate logistics, including overseas shipping.
• Provide regular production status updates to senior management.
• Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring health, safety and labour compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in apparel sourcing or garment production in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
