Production Manager

About the role

Marwan Ali Furniture is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its manufacturing operations. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality furniture, meeting on‑time delivery targets, and ensuring efficient factory performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities across the joinery and upholstery lines.
• Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams to align schedules.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and cost control throughout the manufacturing process.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the joinery and upholstery industry.
• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling and workflow management.
• Ability to manage factory operations, manpower and productivity.
• Experience in quality control and maintaining production standards.
• Good understanding of materials, machinery and production techniques.
• Experience working in the UAE/GCC is an advantage.
