Production Manager

About the role

As a Production Manager you will lead the planning and execution of large‑scale events from concept through to post‑event wrap, ensuring every detail runs like clockwork.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of event production, from kickoff to post‑event wrap.
• Select and supervise suppliers, contractors and production crew to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Manage production budgets and logistics, optimizing cost‑efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot on‑site issues and ensure seamless execution under pressure.
• Collaborate with creative, account and technical teams to align on project vision and delivery.
• Mentor and lead the production team through hands‑on leadership.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in event production, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Resourceful, solution‑oriented and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
• Detail‑obsessed with strong focus on safety, stage cues and overall event quality.
• People‑centered, building strong relationships with clients, teams and vendors.
• Calm under pressure and able to take charge during on‑site challenges.

Required skills

• Proven experience managing large‑scale events from start to finish.
• Solid understanding of production workflows, technical setups and vendor coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Management or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
