Production Operator

About the role

Join H.B. Fuller’s manufacturing team in Ras Al Khaimah as a Production Operator. You will be responsible for operating equipment, handling raw materials, and ensuring product quality in a fast‑paced adhesive production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review raw‑material labels, verify weight, type and batch numbers before charging mixers.
• Operate production equipment, load materials, take samples, unload and pack finished goods.
• Document process parameters, traceability data and comply with legal and company requirements.
• Perform quality‑control checks on reactors and mixers, adjust processes as needed and report deviations.
• Ensure products meet visual and specification standards before release.
• Package final products according to instructions, maintaining zero labeling errors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report any EHS deviations.

Required profile

• Basic educational degree or high‑school diploma.
• 3+ years as a Production Operator II or 5+ years in an industrial environment.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality procedures.
