Production Operator – Manufacturing (Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

The Production Operator works on the manufacturing floor of H.B. Fuller in Ras Al Khaimah, handling raw material preparation, equipment operation, and product packaging while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review raw‑material labels, verify weight, type and batch numbers before charging mixers.
• Load raw materials, operate mixers and related equipment according to process instructions.
• Take samples, unload, pack and label finished products, documenting all process data for traceability.
• Perform quality control checks on reactors and mixers, adjust processes as required and report deviations.
• Maintain visual standards of finished goods and ensure correct labeling.
• Keep work areas and machinery clean and in good condition.
• Follow and reinforce H.B. Fuller’s quality, operating and EHS procedures.

Required profile

• Basic education degree, high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience as a Production Operator II or 5 years in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work according to detailed work instructions and legal requirements.

Required skills

• Equipment operation on manufacturing lines.
• Quality control and sampling techniques.
