Production Operator – Multiple Openings

About the role

The Production Operator supports daily manufacturing activities in a pharmaceutical environment, operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. The role requires close collaboration with technicians and supervisors to maintain a smooth, efficient, and compliant production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Execute granulation, coating, and packaging operations following SOPs, BMR/BPR, and cGMP guidelines.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain production equipment.
• Perform line clearance, record temperature and relative humidity, and conduct in‑process quality checks.
• Calibrate balances and instruments, and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Transfer and verify materials before batch processing and reconcile materials post‑batch.
• Document batch activities, handle change parts, and support validation and qualification tasks.
• Maintain hygiene, use appropriate PPE, and follow EHS policies.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tablet coating, granulation, and packaging.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
