Production Planner

About the role

The Production Planner will develop and maintain the master production schedule to support operations and meet sales demand. You will coordinate with engineering, material planners and the ERP team to ensure smooth production flow and minimal delays.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and continuously update the master production plan based on customer demand, engineering changes and material availability.
• Align the ERP system with the latest production data and ensure accurate material resource planning (MRP).
• Coordinate with material and supply planners to synchronize plans and avoid shortages.
• Plan, direct and schedule resources—including manpower, equipment and material—to maximise performance.
• Forecast resource requirements and prepare regular status and performance reports.
• Collect data from various departments to compile monthly KPI reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) – Finance or Commerce degrees accepted as secondary preference.
• 3‑5 years of experience in production or material planning, preferably in aerospace, automotive, defence or equipment manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) is mandatory.
• Fluent English communication skills.
