Production Section Head

About the role

The Production Section Head leads the planning, execution and delivery of all production projects across video, photography, live events and multimedia assets for Course Conductor in Abu Dhabi. This senior position ensures high‑quality output while managing budgets, teams and external vendors for large‑scale national campaigns and government events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full production lifecycle for video, photo, audio and live‑event content, translating creative concepts into executable plans.
• Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and oversee pre‑production, filming, post‑production and final delivery.
• Manage a team of production specialists, videographers, photographers, editors and coordinators, providing training and performance oversight.
• Negotiate budgets, coordinate with production houses, studios, freelance crews and creative agencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Establish production guidelines, approval workflows and compliance controls, maintaining asset archives and equipment inventories.
• Control production budgets, procure equipment and technologies, and optimise costs without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Broadcasting or a related field.
• 10+ years of production experience, including leadership roles on large‑scale projects for government entities or premium agencies.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex vendor relationships.
