Production Specialist

About the role

The Production Specialist is a part‑time hybrid position based in Dubai, supporting Chapter Zero UAE’s climate governance mission. You will plan and coordinate events, workshops and digital content, working both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage production timelines for live and virtual events.
• Prepare materials, resources and technical setups required for each production.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain quality standards and brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Oversee logistics, technical requirements and on‑site support for events.
• Document procedures, support training on production workflows, and report on performance improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production planning and management for events, programs or content delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to control quality, ensuring materials and events meet defined standards.
• Experience delivering training related to production processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with climate, sustainability or governance topics and experience in nonprofit or membership organisations is a plus.
