About the role
An experienced Production Supervisor is sought for the milling / flour mill industry in Sharjah. The role oversees daily production operations and ensures efficient, safe and quality output. Candidates are local and international, and the shift is 12 hours on 6 days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily production activities in the milling plant
- Ensure production targets, yield and quality standards are met
- Monitor machine performance, plan maintenance and minimise downtime
- Manage and lead shift workers, assign tasks and ensure discipline
- Maintain production reports, log sheets and inventory of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, ISO and HSE standards
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance and Warehouse teams
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years as Production Supervisor in the milling / flour mill industry (mandatory)
- Ability to handle a 12-hour shift and 6-day working pattern
- Good leadership and communication skills
