Production Supervisor (PCBA)

About the role

Edge is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead PCB Assembly (PCBA) operations in its Abu Dhabi facility. You will ensure that products are manufactured on schedule, meet strict quality standards, and are produced safely and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily PCB Assembly activities to achieve quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Plan, allocate and monitor work orders according to production schedules, resource availability and capacity.
• Coach, train and manage performance of production teams.
• Maintain IPC compliance, including IPC Class 3 requirements and customer specifications.
• Drive lean manufacturing, continuous‑improvement and process‑optimization initiatives.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress, resolve production issues and coordinate equipment readiness with maintenance.
• Enforce 5S, HSE and other operational safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PCBA manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead production teams and meet quality and productivity goals.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors such as defence or aerospace is preferred.
• IPC certification and familiarity with IPC Class 3 or high‑reliability electronics production is a plus.
