About the role
Ingram Micro is seeking a Technical Presales Consultant to support cyber security solutions for customers and partners in the Gulf region. The role involves translating customer inquiries into tailored technical solutions and driving sales of assigned products.
Key responsibilities
- Convert customer and reseller inquiries into appropriate technical solutions.
- Meet with end‑users to understand requirements and design solution blocks.
- Generate Bills of Materials and collaborate with hardware/software vendors.
- Conduct demos, proof‑of‑concept presentations and technical training for partners and customers.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of presales experience, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Background in cyber security solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
