Professional Services Consultant

About the role

The Professional Services Consultant is a hands‑on individual contributor responsible for delivering Financial Crime Compliance solutions to customers across EMEA. Based in Dubai, the role combines technical implementation, functional analysis and stakeholder management, supporting customer engagements from planning and configuration through testing, training and successful handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer engagement across projects, lead workshops, and build relationships with compliance, business, IT and project stakeholders.
• Analyze business and compliance requirements, design practical solutions using Firco products, and support requirements gathering, solution design, training and knowledge transfer.
• Install, configure, integrate and validate enterprise software solutions, including SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Kubernetes, Helm and Dapr, and oversee testing, troubleshooting and handover.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation or systems integration.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise software implementations in customer environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder‑management skills.
