About the role

The university is expanding rapidly and seeks a dedicated Professor to lead its Educational Technology, Online Learning & Design initiatives. This full‑time position combines teaching, research, and curriculum innovation in a blended learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses using blended learning approaches.
• Maintain an active research agenda and publish in reputable journals.
• Design and develop online curricula and courses.
• Advise and mentor students at all levels.
• Create and deliver professional short courses for external audiences.
• Perform administrative duties related to the department as required.

Required profile

• PhD from an accredited university in a relevant discipline.
• Proven teaching experience at an internationally accredited university.
• Experience in online/e‑learning environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate computer technology into curricula.
• Capability to develop and deliver professional short courses.
• Fluent English language proficiency.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of educational technology and blended learning methodologies.
• Ability to use digital tools for curriculum development and delivery.
