Program Manager – Cross‑Functional New Product Development

About the role

The Program Manager will lead cross‑functional new product development and sustaining projects across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, marketing and sales. This role ensures timely market delivery while managing cost, schedule and resources in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional planning and execution to deliver projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Monitor team schedules, coordinate critical‑path activities and provide executive‑level updates to senior management.
• Develop reporting and tracking tools to keep projects on target for schedule and cost.
• Identify key issues, risks and contingency plans to prevent project slippage.
• Ensure adherence to the NPDi (New Product Development & Introduction) process and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and achieve common goals.
• Strong problem‑solving, data‑analysis and project‑planning competence.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders both in person and via conference call.
• Ability to quickly build relationships across functions to meet business objectives.
