Program Manager (Part‑time Hybrid)

About the role

This part‑time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi will lead the planning, execution and delivery of multiple programmes, ensuring they align with the organisation’s strategic objectives. You will work across on‑site and remote settings, coordinating diverse teams and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define programme scopes, timelines, budgets and milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Monitor progress, track performance metrics and report status to senior leadership.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Manage programme budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance programme efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme or project management, preferably within recruitment or HR.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2, or a degree in project management, business administration or a related field.
