Program Manager - Ripple Treasury

About the role

Ripple Treasury, a cloud-based treasury and risk management platform, is looking for a Program Manager based in Dubai to guide multi-solution client implementations across the Middle East. The role links project-level work with executive team members, maintains program health for a portfolio of simultaneous projects, supports governance and ensures clients benefit from the platform on time and within budget. It suits someone who works at both program and project level.

Key responsibilities

• Own program-level delivery across concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations in the Middle East, coordinating progress across solutions, teams and client collaborators.
• Serve as senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive partners, keeping them aligned on scope, timelines and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs and program-level reporting in line with delivery standards.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks and customer concerns, driving issue resolution across internal and external teams.
• Facilitate executive status updates, steering committee meetings and post-implementation reviews with clients and internal leadership.
• Partner with Project Managers, providing mentorship, quality oversight and support on blocking issues.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales and Customer Success to align delivery with client objectives.
• Champion program governance, change management and continuous improvement, and contribute to PMO capability building such as playbook development and team mentoring.

Required profile

• 5+ years in program or project management, including at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software or professional services implementations.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-solution programs with remote resources, global teams and partner-led delivery.
• Experience with internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators or global consulting firms.
• Ability to mentor junior PMs and consultants while delivering your own programs.
• Experience serving clients across the Middle East, or a proven ability to work across regional cultures, time zones and working-week conventions.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of treasury, cash management or financial risk management processes.
• Experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to turn complex delivery status into clear executive narratives.
