Program Manager – Startup Programs

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Program Manager to design, launch and run a portfolio of startup‑focused programs within Innovation City. You will support founders from onboarding through growth, market access and scaling, ensuring a high‑quality experience throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end startup programs, including onboarding, incubation and growth initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for startups, delivering a seamless founder experience.
• Assist startups with setup and relocation, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Connect startups with ecosystem players such as corporates, partners and mentors.
• Organise workshops, mentorship sessions and networking events.
• Track startup progress, collect feedback and continuously improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with partnerships, marketing and operations teams to drive success.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on program outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in startup ecosystems, accelerators, incubators, VC platforms or innovation hubs.
• Strong understanding of early‑stage business challenges.
• Proven experience managing programs, projects or communities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and solution‑oriented mindset.
