Program Manager – Treasury Implementations

About the role

Based in Dubai, Ripple Treasury is looking for a Program Manager to lead multi‑solution client implementations across the Middle East. The role bridges project‑level work with executive engagement, ensuring clients receive the full value of Ripple Treasury’s platform on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Own program‑level delivery for a portfolio of concurrent Treasury implementations, coordinating multiple solutions, teams and client partners.
• Serve as senior point of contact for client sponsors and executive partners, aligning scope, timelines and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs and reporting in line with Ripple Treasury delivery standards.
• Identify and manage cross‑project dependencies, risks and customer concerns, driving issue resolution with internal and external teams.
• Facilitate executive status updates, steering committee meetings and post‑implementation reviews.
• Partner with Project Managers, providing mentorship, quality oversight and support for blocking issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales and Customer Success to align delivery with client objectives.
• Champion program governance, change management and continuous improvement, and contribute to PMO capability building.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 2 years managing enterprise‑level SaaS or professional services implementations.
• Proven ability to run complex, multi‑solution programs with remote and global resources.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing teams and C‑suite sponsors.
• Experience working with internal delivery teams and third‑party systems integrators or consulting firms.
• Solid understanding of treasury, cash management or financial risk processes; familiarity with platforms such as GTreasury, Kyriba or ION is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate complex status into clear executive narratives.
• Experience delivering services across the Middle East and willingness to travel regionally.
