About the role
Amazon is seeking ambitious graduates to join its University Talent Acquisition team as a Program Manager. This full‑time, onsite position is open exclusively to UAE nationals and offers the chance to work on high‑impact projects across the Consumer Business.
Key responsibilities
- Create roadmaps for project implementation and brief various teams on requirements.
- Set measurable milestones and continuous goals for ongoing programmes.
- Collect and analyse data to drive decisions and provide business insights.
- Run meetings with partner teams to track progress, launch new initiatives, and improve existing programmes.
- Document standards for projects and ensure compliance.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or graduated within the last twelve months.
- Degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business or a related field.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
- Legal right to work in the United Arab Emirates.
