Program/Project Engineer - Super User Professional

About the role

The Super User is a key member of the WMS Centre of Excellence, responsible for delivering and supporting warehouse management system solutions across CEVA Logistics’ operations. The role combines technical expertise, operational insight and hands‑on implementation to ensure cost‑effective, scalable, high‑performing WMS deployments for new business bids and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and operational support to users, answering WMS‑related queries and delivering on‑site implementation assistance.
• Consult on WMS set‑up including clustering, putaway rules, pack configuration, routing, zoning and data loads.
• Conduct system testing, UAT and support product releases or patches, ensuring professional quality standards.
• Maintain relationships with customers and key users, offering logistics and systems consultancy.
• Identify and coordinate change requests or product enhancements, and deliver training to engineers and key users.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and practical use of WMS systems.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) used in logistics.
• Understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts.
• Experience in software and system testing processes.
• Ability to configure WMS functionalities such as clustering, routing and data loading.
