Project Administrator – UAE Nationals (Emiratisation)

About the role
AECOM is seeking a Project Administrator to support its infrastructure projects in the UAE. The role focuses on document management throughout all project phases and is open exclusively to UAE nationals as part of the company’s Emiratisation commitment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and control project documents from creation to archiving.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date project directory and filing system.
- Develop project‑specific filing structures and implement them in the electronic document management system (EDMS).
- File original documents and revisions for easy retrieval.
- Record and store project photographs.
- Perform routine administrative tasks under general supervision.
- Interact with professional and technical staff to achieve document‑control objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services or engineering environment.
- UAE national with a family book, in line with Emiratisation policy.
- Ability to work under general supervision and follow established procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
